By using PawAIArt, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to PawAIArt ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, or AI-generated pet portrait platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PawAIArt provides users with the ability to upload images of pets and generate AI-created artwork in various styles. Generated images are created automatically using artificial intelligence and may vary in quality or appearance. We cannot guarantee that results will meet your expectations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you comply with all applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information and for all actions taken under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Uploading Images

You may upload photos of:

  • your own pets,
  • pets you have permission to use,
  • images that do not infringe the rights of others.

You may not upload:

  • copyrighted images without permission
  • images of humans
  • harmful, illegal, or explicit content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

When you create artwork using PawAIArt:

  • You receive a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, print, download, or share the generated images.
  • You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos.

We retain the right to store your generated images and use them for:

  • service improvement
  • customer support
  • training our own style library
  • portfolio or gallery sections (only with your explicit permission)

We do not sell user images to third parties.

7. Payment & Pricing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or others. All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for completed AI generations unless legally required or in exceptional cases at our discretion. Pricing may change at any time, but you will always see the final price before checkout.

8. Credit System

When you purchase credits, they provide access to a specific number of AI generations. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once used. If your credits expire or are consumed, you must purchase additional credits to continue using the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, UI elements, algorithms, and design elements of the Service are owned exclusively by PawAIArt. You may not:

  • Copy the platform
  • Resell generated results as your own service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to recreate the system

10. Prohibited Behavior

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for commercial image reproduction without permission
  • Misuse generated content in harmful ways

Violation may result in account termination.

11. Availability & Limitations

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation
  • error-free results
  • permanent availability of generated images

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawAIArt is not liable for:

  • loss of profits
  • data loss
  • misuse of images
  • interruptions of service
  • inaccuracies in generated content

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Service
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your uploaded content

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
